A horizontal shot of the Rotterdam Central Station capturing few trains passing by or stopping. Rotterdam Central Station is also called the international gateway to Rotterdam. Every day, about 110,000 travellers pass through Central Station to use the bus, tram, metro or train. Intercity trains from all over the Netherlands (including Intercity Direct), Thalys, Eurostar and other international high-speed trains stop here several times a day, sometimes hourly.

A mural (street art piece), made by artist Judith de Leeuw for KWF and supported by the Rotterdam Make It Happen brand alliance, as a statement for life. This enormous work (15x26 meters) can be found on the facade of the building 't Leidsche Veem, on the Wilhelminaplein. The revelation was broadcast on national TV during an action for the KWF.

Moments Contained, an almost 4 meter high bronze sculpture of a young, fictional, colored woman in sneakers, hands clenched in the pockets of her tracksuit. With an appearance of resilience, self-confidence and vulnerability. The statue is located on Stationsplein, directly in front of Central Station. The woman does not stand on a pedestal, but with both feet on the ground. The sculpture was made by the English artist Thomas J Price and was donated to the city of Rotterdam by the Droom en Daad Foundation. It is part of the International Sculpture Collection of Rotterdam. The statue was unveiled early June 2023. In the photo we can clearly see the size of the statue because of the people walking around it.
