Circular city.

The circular city is a city that reinvents itself – every single day. Not a throwaway economy, but a smart, self-regulating structure in which we consciously manage raw materials, water, energy and waste. A city where waste is considered a loss, and where value is returned circularly. Not a throwaway economy, but a smart, self-regulating structure in which we consciously manage raw materials, water, energy and waste A city where waste is considered a loss, and where value is returned circularly.

From reused building materials to sharing initiatives, from water storage systems to reducing food waste – circularity is alive in Rotterdam, often already under the radar. At this moment, we are working together with all partners on the creation of the brand story and message house, which will be published on this page as soon as possible.
